Broccoli Paneer/Tofu Dry Chilli Fry

Wat's up friends ???? I am back again with a different recipe for broccoli and paneer lovers :) my whole family loves this recipe whenever i cook it ,paneer and broccoli are good sources of calcium so together gives a good calcium packed food, So try it. Happy Cooking :)




Preparation Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serves : 2


Ingredients:

Broccoli - 1 no
Paneer / Tofu cut in cubes - 1 cup
Dry red chili - 10 nos
Finely chopped onions - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Chopped Curry Leaves & Coriander leaves - 1 handful
Black Pepper - 3 tsp
Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tsp
Salt





Method:

Step 1 : Cut the broccoli in to small pieces wash it and keep it aside , cut all the ingredients keep it ready , In a frying  pan add oil ,fennel seeds,curry leaves,coriander leaves,dry red chilies saute well till the dry red chili change color.


 

Step 2: Add onions saute well till the raw smell goes off ,Add the tomatoes saute them well. Now add broccoli,salt and chili powder sprinkle some water close it for 10 - 15 mins.


 





Step 3: Add the paneer , pepper toss it for about 10 - 15 mins.
Note : Put the paneer cubes in hot water for about five minutes to make the paneer soft.


 


Serve with chapattis,pulkha,breads,rasam rice or curd rice,
