Paneer Ripe Green Chili Curry

Hey.. Hi all today i am going to present you a very different recipe , generally you would have tried paneer tikka,palak paneer etc etc .. this is a completely different one, I found this in a magazine it sounded great i tried it lot of times it came out very well so wanted to share this one with you :) another thing i found different in this recipe is it's made out of ripe green chilli, generally we never buy ripe green chilli from store but i should really tell you it tasted amazing.enjoy cooking :)




Preparation Time: 10 - 15 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Serves : 2


Ingredients:

Paneer cut in cubes / tofu - 1 cup
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
Ripe green chilies / Red Chili - 6 - 8 nos
Cut Onions - 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste -1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 handful
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 
Oil





Method:

Step 1: Cut the paneer, put in the hot water for 2 minutes drain the water keep it aside , In pan add oil , fennel seeds,curry leaves allow it to splutter.


 

Step 2: Add the onions and ripe green chilli / red chilli saute till the raw smell goes then add the ginger garlic paste saute well.


 

Step 3: Add the coriander powder saute few minutes then add the paneer/tofu ,coconut milk and salt , allow it to cook well for 10 - 15 mins .


 

Serve with chappathi,poori,kulcha and paratas
