Bitter Gourd Fry

Hellooo, coming up with bitter guard fry :) bitter guard oops !!! everybody run away for its bitterness but it has good medicinal values and it fights diabetes and stomach problems.So presenting it as a tasty and crispy fry :) enjoy cooking .....



Preparation Time : 15 - 20 mins
Cooking Time : 10 - 15 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Bitter Gourd Medium Size - 3
Besan Flour - 1/4 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Chili Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

Step 1:Clean the outer skin of the bitter gourd as shown in the figure, cut them into round pieces, add salt and turmeric powder allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.

 

Step 2:Now add the besan flour, rice flour,chili powder mix well, sprinkle water if needed, now put the mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

 

Step 3: In a pan add needed oil fry the bitter gourd .












Serve with tomato dip or as side dish for sambar rice.
