Prawn Egg Curry

Prawn Egg Curry :- (இறால் முட்டை தொக்கு)

This recipe is thought by my mom and this is practiced in interiors of Chennai . Of course a tasty and easy recipe for prawn lovers.



Preparation Time : 5 Minutes
Cooking Time          : 15 Minutes
Serves                         : 2 nos

Ingredients:

Prawn - 1 1/2 cup
Egg     - 3nos
Pearl Onions or big onions - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 
Chilli Powder 
Pepper
Salt

To Seasoning:

Oil
Fennel seeds

Method:

Step 1: Add oil and fennel seeds to splutter, then add onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste.

Step 1
Step 2:Add prawn,turmeric powder and close the pan. Allow the prawn to cook soft.
Tip: when the shape of the prawn becomes spiral that indicates that the prawn is cooked well.

Step3: Add chilli powder,pepper and needed salt. Mix it well.
Tip :Add salt needed for prawn first, then u can add needed salt for egg.

Step4: Break the egg as shown in figure and mix well till it cooks.
Step 4

After finishing the dish will look like this.

Serve with rice or chappathi.
